Moscow Through the Finalists’ Eyes: New Day Educatio n 2026 Co ncludes Its O n-Site Programme

The o n-site programme of the final stage of the New Day Educatio n Internatio nal Journalism Competitio n has co ncluded in Moscow. Eleven finalists from Nigeria, Bangladesh a nd Vietnam came t ogether t o make new co nnectio ns a nd discover Russian educatio n firstha nd.

A key highlight was a visit t o RUDN University named after Patrice Lumumba, the competitio n’s organiser. Participants had the opportunity t o experience university life from the inside, explore opportunities t o study in Russia a nd learn Russian, a nd discover st ories a nd people t o feature in their own media projects.
